Postage Pricing

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days):

  • Orders up to 2 sachets – $2.50
  • Orders between $12.01 and $149.99 – $6.50
  • Orders over $150 – FREE SHIPPING

Express Post (1 to 4 business days): Available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.

 

International Shipping

Standard Shipping (3 to 20 business days):

  • Orders up to 3 sachets – $4.50
  • Orders between $18.01 and $249.99 – $12.00
  • Orders over $250 – FREE SHIPPING

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to monitor your package.

 

Taxes & Duties

  • International orders: Additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for covering any applicable fees.
  • If you require a Tax ID or company name on your package, please provide the details in the Comment section at checkout.

Australia Post (Default Shipping Method)

  • Domestic Delivery: 2 to 8 business days within Australia.
  • International Delivery: Approx. 2 weeks, but please allow 15-25 days due to customs clearance or other factors.
  • Express Shipping is available upon request. Please email us for a quote.

DHL / UPS / FedEx (Upon Request)

  • Description: Secure and expedited shipping option, recommended for orders over $250 due to higher costs.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for major cities worldwide.
  • Note: Additional charges may apply for remote locations. Please check whether your address is considered remote before selecting this option.

 

Package Loss & Insurance

  • With Insurance: We offer 100% coverage (refund or reshipment) upon request.
  • Without Insurance: The customer assumes responsibility for any lost packages
